About Us

Lilly’s Pad Child Care Center is a new child care center here in Stark County. Although our center is new, our experience with children is not. Our Director, Lilly Price has worked with children and families hands on for over 15 years. In her previous position she had oversight of Early Childhood prevention programs within Stark County, served as a Stark County Early childhood committee member,  as well as supported the Stark County Early Childhood Symposiums. Not to mention she is also a mother of 3. 

Our Philosophies

Lilly’s Pad Child Care is build on 4 Domains

1. Social Emotional Learning (SEL)- All staff will be trained in social emotional strategies. This means that all interaction with children will be based on building social skills, social awareness, self awareness, self management and responsible decision making. 
2. Education- Our Preschool class will include SEL strategies along with Creative Curriculum which encourages children to learn through play and active exploration of their environment. Our goal is to ensure that all children leave our classroom kindergarten ready!
3. Support Services- We understand that not just children need support but sometimes the whole family needs a little help and that's okay. Lilly’s Pad Child Care will offer free support to families upon request. We will support families in connecting them to needed services in order to ensure that all families have their basic needs met. 
4. Having Fun- Children naturally want to have fun and we will provide an environment where children can be themselves in a safe and positive manner. We will encourage dancing, singing, and active play!
